Absolutely amazing. Beautifully maintained and presented villas with a small but lovely pool that we had to ourselves the entire time. The staff was exceptional, always willing to assist. My favorite thing was the daily breakfast, it was absolutely amazing. Get the banana pancake, it wont disappoint! The added addition of afternoon tea was very sweet. Very romantic and ideal for a couple. The location is outside of the center of ubud, but you are surrounded by the jungle and every morning i had to pinch myself! Its only a 10minute scooter ride to the center of ubud, which is no hassle at all. I loved every moment of my stay at cloud nine, and if i ever return to ubud, i will stay here again! The only small drawback is the stairs! Nobody warned me about the stairs! It was a workout every day to leave the villa, and coming back after dark can be a bit dangerous. But i chose to see it as a way to incorporate some fitness into my vacation! We are a mid 30 s couple who have a very regular gym routine, so it wasnt a problem, but it could be for some people - especially the elderly or someone with injuries. Also, the local geckos visit every night and leave you with little droppings on the floor! Be careful not to stand in them when you wake up each morning. The staff would always clean this up on daily room service.

I really like the furnishings here, the cozy design, and the comfortable bedding. More importantly, this is a thoughtful establishment, with staff available around the clock to help, insect repellent set up, nightly blinds shut, eye masks for the wifeys, wellstocked kitchen, prepared list of food and services, very much like a fullservice hotel. Those complaining about bugs should not even visit ubud in the first place, we are in their territory. However, the air conditioning is not strong enough for the entire unit, cloud villa. Apart from that, i would recommend it if you want a quiet stay at the boutique hotel.

Last month, my partner and i went to cloud nine estate for the second time. We knew we wouldnt stay anywhere else in ubud after staying with them the previous time! We stayed in the lovely lotus cloud villa and loved every minute of it. Not only is the estate and each villa stunning, but the staff are such wonderful, caring, and generous people. It was so nice to be back with them. The service is unlike anything we have received anywhere else, from breakfast and afternoon tea to turndown service and mobile phone they give you so you can call them or take a taxi when you need it. We booked a romantic package through cloud nine and it definitely exceeded our expectations. Every part of our villa was covered in flowers, candles, and the cake and wine were a lovely touch. We cant wait to return and visit you all soon!.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and we especially appreciate tados brave attempt to locate my crashed drone in the woods during torrential rain. One of the best resorts ive ever visited! Kelly and Phillip, the hosts, are the warmest, friendliest, and most helpful people. They have thought of every detail to ensure that your stay is perfect. They even provide you with a local mobile phone free of charge so you dont have to pay for roaming! Their breakfast and tea are delicious. If you dont want to leave the resort, they have sourced the best restaurants and will deliver food straight to your room. They have tried and tested everything you could ever want to do in ubud and know the best places to do them. They will tell you everything you need to know. If you are looking for an affordable stay in paradise then cloud nine is the place to go.

We had a wonderful time at cloud nine estate with a friend. We are very picky about hotels, but here we were simply satisfied. The staff was fantastic, they assisted us in arranging a scooter and provided us with great tips. The breakfast was very good, especially the yogurt and fruits, and we loved the interior and the style. Everything was neat and tidy. One thing we didnt like was that we were too short. We will definitely be back!.

Our stay was truly magical. From the view to the attentive and friendly staff. Everything about cloud nine estate has been carefully thought out - mineral water provided, bug repellent, beach towels, afternoon tea, wind down time to keep bugs away, hydrating eye masks during wind down time. You can tell that a lot of thought and care has been put into this place. The staff were honestly the biggest highlight here. We learned so much about them and the balinese culture through our great interactions with them. Pak suba was wonderful and helped us improve our balinese bahasa. The staff are genuinely hardworking and great people. We hope that every visitor to cloud nine appreciates their amazing efforts as we did. If you want to immerse yourself in the culture, people and spectacular jungle ubud has to offer, this is the place for you.

If i ever returned to ubud, i would definitely stay here. The service and the experience are fantastic. They always went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and provided us with advice on what to do in the area. The dewi suite, where we stayed, was a little piece of heaven. The room is large, with a large bed and an overly comfortable window sofa. The bathroom is absolutely stunning, with details like a window seat that made it even more special. The water pressure and temperature also exceeded expectations. If you cant climb some stairs, i wouldnt recommend staying here because the climb from the lobby to the road is not possible if you are injured. But i cant say enough about the service i couldnt get a car from the hotel so they stayed late to make sure everything was fine for us and welcomed us with homemade sweet lime juice.

Lokasi hotel ini memang tidak terlihat dari jalan raya karena harus berjalan menuruni tangga untuk mencapai lobby hotelnya. Meskipun hotelnya tidak terlalu luas, fasilitasnya lengkap dan pelayanannya juga ramah. Terdapat kolam renang dengan pemandangan sungai. Kebersihan kamar terjaga dengan baik. Menu sarapannya juga enak.

I recently spent seven days here, and it was a true sanctuary. It was a great pleasure to return here after a long day of exploring, and it was the ideal antidote to the bustle of central ubud. I cant wait to return! This hidden gem is exceptionally wellmaintained, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. If youre looking for a private, allinclusive luxury retreat near Ubud at a great price, look no further than cloud nine estate. Even though we were close to the bustle of central ubud, my wife and i felt worlds away. The team arranged all logistics and provided us with a local cell phone, which we used liberally during our daily activities at no additional cost, whenever we wanted to leave. While our stay was filled with adventure, we enjoyed relaxing nights listening to natures soothing soundtrack of birds, wildlife, and a light breeze flowing gently through the palm trees. While some visitors may find the shared pool onsite to be a downside, it was virtually empty the majority of our stay. And, with everything there is to do in bali, especially in ubud, getting out of the pool and into the flow of life in this special place is a worthwhile use of time.

I highly recommend cloud nine estate! The decor is flawless, really beautiful, as is the natural environment, and there are so many thoughtful touches - from straw hats, bag and pool towel to yoga mat, bedroom slippers, international plugs, evening turndown service, plus insect repellant, and fresh hydrangea throughout the room! The staff are amazing, attentive and friendly, and the included breakfast and free teatime snacks served on my patio were a real treat. The only downside is that the location is a bit far and not really walkable, but thats also why it is so peaceful and a little world of its own. I was just at the wifi seminyak before coming here for several times the price, and was equally impressed by the room and service here.

The villa itself is beautiful, has a great view, and is located right in the jungle. The location is also perfect, just outside of ubud, far from the noisy streets and so quiet but still accessible by grab taxi. It was always very clean and tidy after daily room service. In the evening they also close the mosquito net above the bed and set up mosquito repellent.

If you want to have a relaxed time in a local jungle village atmosphere, you wont regret staying here. Excellent rooms, excellent service, and delicious food. Spas, restaurants, and beverages are all within walking distance. Although there are stairs, we didnt find them a problem at all, and the pool is lovely. Staying in is worthwhile with breakfast and afternoon tea. They prepare food for you and deliver it to your room when you order it. Excellent communication. They carry your stuff up and down stairs. We had a great time. You can walk to ubud town and back, as we did a few times, but its also simple to grab cars and other transportation. Book an airport transfer. Strongly advised.

A truly nontraditional ecohotel with a cozy atmosphere. Expect nothing more than luxurious amenities or sixstar amenities. The staff went above and beyond to keep the villas immaculately clean every day, even eradicating the bugs that are inside. The staff seemed genuinely pleased with their work, including the resident cat, who works as a pest control. Many of them have been with cloud nine for a while. Love the slight semblance of the place and its upbeat vibes. During my weeklong stay at the cloud Lotus villa, it felt like a home away from home. Im glad i stayed at cloud nine for all of my six nights!.
