We loved our stay. The villa was a great size. The staff were so helpful and kind. If I had to critique the mattress was a little firmer than I like and it was a rabbit Warren to get into the villa complex. Glad I didn’t have to drive!

Check-in selama tiga malam pada pukul 10: 09 sore dan menikmati layanan dan fasilitas yang luar biasa di hari pertama! Namun, ada satu hal yang tidak terduga terjadi ketika saya pergi pada hari terakhir. Pelayan "baru saja mengambil daftar mini bar" dan mulai menghitung, mengatakan bahwa bir dan air soda hilang! Salah paham 1) Dia sendiri tidak dapat menemukan bir dan mengatakan kami meminumnya (jelas ada di balik buahnya tetapi dia tidak dapat membalikkannya) Kesalahan 2) Tidak ada air soda di lemari es (tidak ada di hari pertama check-in, sengaja mendiskreditkan kami) Kami telah memberi tahu bahwa kami mengambil keripik kentang Coke dan Pringles Untuk memperjelas ketidakbersalahan kami, kami menemukan minibar pada hari pertama kami check-in di ponsel kami, sehingga kami tidak ditagih berlebihan. Awalnya saya ingin menikmati suasana villa, tetapi pada akhirnya, hal itu sangat membahayakan hak dan integritas pelanggan! From the initial booking process, the staff at Chandra Bali Villas were amazing! They contacted me before arrival to double check our requirements and were so kind and so accomodating to all of our needs and even had a meal prepared for us on arrival after a late flight with little children. They went out of their way to meet our needs and I cannot thank them enough for the amazing stay! We will definitely be back :)

Lækre omgivelser samt super flink og servicemindet personale. God beliggenhed centralt i Seminyak med gåafstand til nogle af de mest populære steder. Hvis der var lidt længere, så kunne man benytte hotellets gratis transport service. Det var en super service. Priserne på hotelservices var rimelige.
