The Villa was built on top of the hill, with a downward sloping design to re-create the atmosphere of Beverly Hills Estate which has amazing views from any area of the house. - Capacity 12 guests over 3 years old. Maximum 16 guests (extra fees apply for extra guests above 12 people). We have some floor mattresses available for extra guests. This is a strict policy. If you want to bring more people (sleeping in or not), you have to let us know in advance, failure to do so will incur a penalty.- No smoking inside the house, you may smoke outside but please keep it clean and safe.
- Please respect all of the Villa's property, loss or damage of the Villa's goods will impose extra charges.
- We only allow controlled consumption of alcohol. Strictly no drugs or illegal substances.
- Breakfast is not included.

Please remember to leave the villa in the same condition as you entered.
