mesennya pullman sydney olympic park.. malah dikasihnya novotel olympic park.. untung tempatnya sebrang2an.. pelayanannya novotel kacau.. baju saya ada yg ketinggalan.. kalo gak saya ancam.. untuk saya sue.. dianggepnya gak ada sampe duty manager novotelnya saya maki maki dulu baru deh ngaku.. gak rekomen deh nginep di novotel olypic park.. dan gimana sih tiket.com saya mesen pullman dikasihnya novotel!!!! parah nih tiket .com

On January 2020, I booked a one-night stay at this hotel. It was a reasonable price, and as it was within a 10-minute drive from the precinct, it was an excellent location to stay. The hotel is in the early stages of renovation, and the facilities, such as the motel on the exterior of the room, are rather sophisticated.

I had a good experience during my 5 nights here. The atmosphere is very relaxing and comfortable. The staff are so attentive and polite. The room is also very nice, it is very clean and spacious, and also the restaurant food is always fresh with prompt service. I recommend it.

After a long day, I stayed here for a nearby festival, and I was offered a late checkout and a very good price for breakfast. The server, Lilly, was fantastic. She took excellent care of us and went out of her way to help us with a question we had, which greatly improved our experience.

The hotel has friendly personnel who are helpful. The front desk staff will send you an email if you hurry to check in and check in early. The room has windows that open, I love the fresh air. Clean room. If you want breakfast in this hotel, please ask for a coffee maker.

I wouldnt stay at a hotel before noontime and expected to have a room ready. I totally understand that guests should check out and have their rooms cleaned, but the ibisnovotel had no way to shower and change. After a threehour long haul flight, I waited in the lobby for three hours. Just build a couple of unisex shower stalls in the existing lobby bathrooms so that anyone arriving on early flights can at least put on a fresh pair of clothes while the room is prepared. The bathrooms are tiny, there are no power outlets near the bedside, and it's embarrassing for an international business hotel that allows you to order room service but couldn't have a beer with a colleague in the lobby after a long day. The wifi seemed reasonable, the rooms had fridges, irons, and ironing boards, which you might anticipate, but is not common elsewhere.
