The space
Our beautiful Mansion with a Million Dollar View @Sentul City is really meant as a place to relax, breathe fresh air, and enjoy nature. Located at the top of the hill with breathtaking views and inside a quiet housing estate, we're just less than an hour away from the busy Jakarta, a good place to stay if you don’t want to encounter the crazy traffic to Puncak. The Villa was built on top of the hill, with a downward sloping design to re-create the atmosphere of Beverly Hills Estate which has amazing views from any area of the house. Also, you can walk out of the door and start hiking, go to the lake near the house, biking, swimming, singing karaoke, watch movies in the cinema room and jogging with nature.

Mansion with a Million Dollar View @Sentul City comes with a lot of facilities including a big private infinity pool (pool is scheduled to be cleaned every week) and a bathroom next to the swimming pool. RULES & POLICIES:
- Capacity 12 guests over 3 years old. Maximum 16 guests (extra fees apply for extra guests above 12 people). We have some floor mattresses available for extra guests. This is a strict policy. If you want to bring more people (sleeping in or not), you have to let us know in advance, failure to do so will incur a penalty.- No smoking inside the house, you may smoke outside but please keep it clean and safe.
- Please respect all of the Villa's property, loss or damage of the Villa's goods will impose extra charges.
- We only allow controlled consumption of alcohol. Strictly no drugs or illegal substances.
- Breakfast is not included.

Please remember to leave the villa in the same condition as you entered.
- Do not move any of the furniture unless permission granted. - Pets are not allowed.
- Social events/party not permitted.
- High noise gatherings not allowed. - Check-in: 2:00 PM (Flexible if there's no guest before you)
- Check out: 11:00 AM (Flexible if there's no guest coming after you)
