Tempat sesuai foto, overall pelayanannya sih oke ya, sesuai dengan harga sih. Cm ketika ada barang yg tertinggal staff disitu tidak ada yg konfirmasi ke customer pdhl pd saat pulang kan mereka melakukan pengecekkan. Dan ketika akhirnya wasap ke adminnya jawabannya hanya nanti dicari tp sampai beberapa hari tidak ada update. SOP pelayanannya belum standart hotel/resort harus lbh ditingkatkan. Pelayanan restorannya juga saat menghidangkan makanan lama.

Jangan pesan kamar via online ya.....soalnya bagian pemesanan online dan pemesanan di tempat gak ada kerjasamanya. Saya booking online dr tgl 11 juli, konfirmasi via wa tgl 31 juli, dijawab ok sudah ada. Tenang dong..... Pas datang cek in, ruangan yang di booking ternyata sudah diberikan ke customer yg booking langsung datang. Alasannya saya tidak konfirmasi ulang... Solusinya diberikan 2 ruangan yg sebetulnya harganya jadi lbh mahal. Tp yg kita perluin itu sebetulnya bisa kumpul 1 keluarga di 1 ruangan, dengan view gunung sesuai deskripsi....ini mah z*** 😅

Glamping sudah sesuai harga sih dalemnya bersih tapi sayangnya bagian depan tempat buat duduk santai kotor skali seperti tidak pernah disapu bgtupun bagian blkang dan kamar mndi kurang bersih menurutku ya.. selebihnya ok. Lingkungan tenang untuk keluarga.
