I really enjoyed the price and quality relationship. The hotel and room were clean. Friendly staff, a good breakfast, a good location and a nice room. I suggest this place. The pool is very small and I would think it is more decorated, this is the only thing I would complain about. Everything else is what I was hoping for.

I made a reservation at Kings Flat Hotel and everything seemed ok Good price, great location, beds for three adults, and confirmation that the reservation had been made. Thats when the hotel contacted us and said that there would be a 25 surcharge for the extra person, which is not according to the reservation. When we tried to handle the situation we were treated rudely and encouraged to rebook at a higher price. No way would be staying at a location like this. Avoid the trouble and don't hit the confirm booking button youll be glad you didn't have to go through the unhooking process.

I think the location of this hotel is excellent because it is near the main tourist attraction innatal. Very helpful personnel. I had a bad experience in the room but still the condition was good, the shower was having a problem so we had to wait for the staff to fix it.

I highly recommend him to anyone in need of help down there. The location is ideal because it is near the equator, and the brunch was excellent. The room was roomy and comfortable, with a balcony and sea views. The hotel administration was nonservice-oriented and helpful in contrast. Ants were coming to the room, particularly at night. To minimize their visits, be ready to keep your kitchen in mint condition. Natal is an excellent location to visit if a european is looking for an exotic vacation. None of the other Europeans, and none from the United States are present. The majority of visitors are from other parts of Basil. This also means that very few people there speak English at all. Even though it is partly cloudy and partly sunny weather, you must choose the 50 sun factor your first week there because the sun is very intense due to the proximity to the equator. There are a wide range of excellent restaurants, but the prices have increased the last ten years since we last visited, so the cost is now close to the european level, despite being still more affordable. We located an Englishspeaking local guide who was able to assist us with everything from the taxi from the airport to private trips around natal. His contact information is via the natal tourism guide and his name is Pedra Cards.

In December last year, during the christmas holiday, we remained at this hotel for three nights. We were a group of five people in three different rooms, none with a sea view. To get some fair prices, we made a sixmonth advance reservation, and we dont regret it. It is not a highend hotel, but is conveniently located in front of Porta Negra beach. For people with vehicles, there is a parking spot. The staff is attentive, and youll find them at the front desk at any time. However, I do not believe they are all proficient in English dealing with foreigners. The breakfast is excellent and is served on the ground floor with a view of the sea, and there are plenty of local cuisine and other brazilian pastries. Try the fruit juices, especially those made from local cajun and caras. Casa is a regional fruit that is hardly seen in other Brazilian regions, so try it as you find one. Youll not regret it. The rooms are spacious, with air conditioning, a tiny kitchen, and even two tes. The family room was provided to a couple who was with us. I think this room can easily accommodate about 56 people! There is also a swimming pool in the breakfast area. But its rather small. But you wont want to swim in the pool as youve got the whole sea in front of you. We
