Aku dan keluargaku tinggal di apartemen dua kamar tidur. Semua stafnya baik dan itu adalah pengalaman menginap yang nyaman. Mereka mengganti handuk dan merapikan tempat tidur sesuai kebutuhan. Kamarnya memiliki peralatan dapur dan piring yang cukup, mesin cuci dan pengering, dan tempat tidur yang nyaman, jadi tidak ada ketidaknyamanan selama aku menginap. Anak-anak juga sedang bersantai di sofa. Lokasinya bagus dan nyaman untuk pergi kemana saja. Ada banyak restoran tempat Anda bisa makan di luar dan Anda juga bisa membeli bahan-bahan dan memasak di supermarket. Aku ingin tinggal di sini lagi jika aku mengunjungi Sydney lagi.

We all had a great time in the 3bedroom apartment! The staff is amazing, the location is great and the apartment is perfect for our 6 night stay. Highly recommended.

Wir waren 4 Nächte dort. Schönes Hotel nahe dem Zentrum. Hatten die Soho Suite mit viel Platz, was uns gut gefallen hat. Die Ausstattung für eine Selbstversorgung war sehr gut.

We were in the 3 bedroom penthouse and loved the apartment. It is well located in the Surry Hills area with plenty of cafes and restaurants on Crown Street, a short walk from the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cleaning was done everyday and it was acceptable, not outstanding. There is a small but good gym in the building. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. I would recommend Zara Tower Hotel

I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment at zara towers and the rooms were very spacious. There was plenty of cupboard / storage space in all rooms. The cleanliness was impeccable. The kitchen and bathroom were modern, clean and very well equipped. The balcony had a decent view without compromising privacy. The customer service of the staff is very good. They will go out of their way to provide for you. The apartment was serviced daily and to very high standards. The location is also good with a few cafes, restaurants, takeaway shops, supermarkets and train stations all within walking distance.

I had a great time at zara towers. The reception staff was extremely helpful, professional, and polite. The staff is very multicultural, which i really enjoyed. It makes the experience even more enjoyable. I would recommend calling them before booking though if you are a smoker or have friends over because they have limitations. I couldnt have my friends over one night after partying, but that was okay because i am a smoker so i had to walk out to smoke. The rest was amazing. Thank you staff! Ill be back.

We had a wonderful stay as a couple in one of the apartment rooms. The service was excellent! The staff at reception were always very kind and helpful, for example, finding an umbrella for us when everything was taken in the hotel, and the room was great. So much space, and also great cleaning service.

Kamarnya luas dan lengkap, sandal sekali pakai dan sikat gigi disediakan! Yang paling menyenangkan adalah mobil T 2. Deposit 500 dikembalikan sehari setelah check-out! Layanan penitipan bagasi gratis juga disediakan! Wanita di resepsionis sangat ramah!

I stayed in a superior suite which was an enormous 110sqm, because it was Christmas time and I needed somewhere to stay for a few days and have cooking facilities whilst the shops were closed. The furniture, bedding, fittings etc were high quality and super-comfortable, giving a real feeling of home. There were also opening windows for fresh air, which is unusual in a city high rise hotel. The carpark uses a car-stacker, so to make it easy the staff do full concierge parking. I think what struck me most about the place was the friendliness of the staff. They all seemed genuinely happy and went out of their way to please us. We felt really welcome. This was my first stay at Zara Tower, though I often stay nearby. I will definitely stay there again.
