This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a non refundable 3.3% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled.
